Table Bookings

Due to the size of our Tea Room, we can only take groups of up to a maximum of 4 people.  We can try to fit in groups of 6 by prior arrangement but this cannot be guaranteed.

Outside seating is for walk ins only, as weather dependent.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome outside on our patio. As much as we adore dogs, our tea room is too small to enable us to allow dogs inside.

Old Stables Tea Room

A family-run tea room where you’re sure to receive a warm welcome. The friendly owners have cultivated a cosy ambience in the quaint surroundings of a converted stable. The popularity of this charming venue is undoubtedly due to the sublime quality of the home-made food.

This commitment to producing only the freshest food means this is not a fast-food venue but is well worth the wait. Once visited, this is a place to which you will surely return.

We serve a variety of homemade cakes, breakfast and light bites.

Parking is very easy with our own car park, making it great to stop off without the worry of finding a space.

We are only a few minutes from the A1 meaning you can pull off with ease and back on from both directions.

Dogs are welcome outside on our patio garden. As much as we adore dogs, our tea room is too small to enable us to allow dogs inside.

Many Thanks
Stephen, Avril and Rosie
